媽媽每天有許多必做的功課，包括製作酸奶、五穀米漿、健康醋和果汁，辛辛苦苦做這些當然都是為了家人的健康。
要煮五穀米漿，少不了黃豆，於是每天必須幫泡了水的黃豆催芽；希望這一顆顆如黃金般閃耀的豆子，能夠在兩三天後萌生最具營養成分的新芽來。
昨晚看到媽媽催芽的成果，興致一來遂拿起相機拍了起來。
想像兒時的自己也是一株嫩澀的新芽，如今能夠日漸成長、茁壯，想來完全得感恩雙親昔日的栽培。
